New Non-Residential Development in Austin

Data on building permits for the construction of new non residential development, which includes offices, retail buildings, schools, colleges, congregational spaces, civic institutions, public facilities, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, hotels, and restaurants among other uses.  Mixed use is not included in this category and instead is included in residential development data.  Contact the DSD GIS Team at 311, or Email if you have any questions.
