PLAN H309 was effective 2012-2013. In February 2012, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division, ordered a new interim state house plan (PLANH309) for the 2012 elections. Bulky Collection Routes- There are currently twenty two bulky collection routes. Bulky collection is twice a year pickup monday thru friday. The holes inside the bulky collection route boundaries represent no service areas for ARR.
